He has a wide range of experience over a decade in different fields of Finance including but not limited to Accounting and Assurance.

 

He has successfully optimized Working processes of various organisations. His experience in Internal Audit is unmatched covering major segments and Industries. He has also successfully implemented new age methodology to identify issues and improve the Working cycle of Organisations.

Suraj is the COO of Ramsden Management Consultancies Co, UAE. He has experience over 9 Years in the fields of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Financial Advisory and Income Tax Planning by attending over 130 Corporate clients and 300 Non- corporates. Provided support to corporates and Various entities in GST Implementation (India) and VAT Implementation (Dubai) and filing of Indirect Tax Returns in 3 Countries. Attained Expertise in implementing Controls in Accounting & Finance and establishing standardization in day to day accounting and Process Flows.

 

He is a certified Accounting Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a B.C. Accounting and Finance Degree from the University of Madras.

Mrs. Palak Sharma is the Managing Director of Ramsden Management Consultancies. She holds a degree in Bachelors in Science. She has experience over 6 years in client handling and customer satisfaction.

 

She is skilled in driving business and meeting deadlines. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Organisation and plays a key role in acquiring new businesses.

Aman is the CFO of Ramsden Management Consultancies. He is a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University.

 

He has experience of over 5 years as Managing Director of a leading Iron & Steel Business in India. He has experience of working with high net worth individual clients and providing services tailor made to their needs.

 

He also has experience in starting new businesses and partnered with various big multinational companies.

Vibhu Sharma is a Toronto based lawyer qualified in Canada and India. Her current work is focused on dispute resolution (including trial and appellate litigation), negotiations and strategic advisory on complex international, commercial, technology and public policy matters. Prior to this, Vibhu practised law at a leading Indian law firm (on regulatory and litigation matters) and worked at the Centre for International Law in Singapore (on international investment law).

 

She completed her BA LLB (Hons) at NUJS, India and then completed graduate studies at the National University of Singapore pursuing dual degrees — LLM (in International and Comparative Law) and a Master of Public Policy.

Shivam is the General Manager of Ramsden Management Consultancies.

 

He is an intelligent Business Manager with a Go-getter attitude. He enjoys meeting up new clients and signing up for business.

 

He is also skilled in identifying talents and deliver peak performance from everyone.

Shivam is responsible for Human resources (HR) and client management.

Mr. Prateek Ray is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Level 3 CFA ( USA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree. His experience extends over a decade in professional fields covering Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits, Taxation Consultancy Services.

 

He is an expert in Internal Audit and evaluation of Control systems for Corporates, NBFS’s, Software companies and Educational Institution. He is Proficient in Statutory and Tax Audit of Limited companies, Partnerships and large Proprietary firms.

Subhrodeep is an experienced Professional having more than 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, FSCM and FICA. He has a strong ability to produce results within a team environment utilising a take charge attitude.

 

He’s completed his MBA in Finance & Marketing and also holds Bachelors degree in Legislative Law and Commerce(Hons).

 

He’s the Chief Technical Officer at Ramsden and focuses on solving client issues through effective use of Information Technology.

Mr. Arun Sharma is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. His experience extends over 35 years and is spread through entire Finance Gamut spread across different Continents. He has handled clients from across the globe and is specialized in various Local Laws and International Tax Practices.

 

He has been monumental in structuring businesses and facilitating cross border trade and transfer pricing. He is the Senior Consultant in our Advisory board. He is a Finance Guru and he helps Consult in Ramsden Management on various matters and provides guidance and support.

Mr. RS Ray is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and also LLB and DISA.

 

His experience extends over 35 years and in professional fields covering Statutory, Internal, IT systems & Tax Audits, Tax Planning and Consultancy Services. He is proficient in Statutory, Systems and Special Audit of Banks, Financial and Educational Institution.

 

He is a senior consultant in our Advisory board and helps consult in Ramsden Management on various matters and provides support and guidance.
